3. No changing of meet up place last minute.
4. No backing out of order after confirmation.
5. Price can be negotiate if only you buy more than 1 item :]
6. No refund allow.
7. Only 5 minutes grace is allow for meeting up, otherwise, 1 bucks extra for every 10 minutes wait.
8. Inform me 1 hour in advance if you know you will be late.
